Throughout life, we all make mistakes. We must learn lessons from our errors. Without these lessons, we are unable to continue to move forward towards our goals. This reasoning has led me to believe that learning from your mistakes is an essential skill.

Should we avoid challenges?

Without challenges, we are unable to identify our strengths and weaknesses. The difficulties that we overcome when faced with challenging situations push us to aim for higher hurdles. Without these conditions that promote growth, we would stagnate. For this reason, we should always embrace the challenges that we encounter.

How should we handle challenges?

The best way to handle challenges is to be honest about who you are and what you can do. If you can learn something that will help overcome the problem, then do so if time permits. Sometimes our efforts alone do not bring us closer to a solution. In these instances, we must not be afraid to consult with others or ask for assistance.

Is there such a thing as an impossible challenge?

I do not believe that challenges can be impossible to overcome. We tend to look at the big picture instead of breaking the problem down into smaller, more manageable aspects. I think that solutions come from various sources. If we can find the right people to handle the problem's components, we can get closer to the answers.

What if we fail?

While failure is a part of life, it does not determine the end of our efforts. If you allow it to, your failed attempt will guide you towards success. Without this guidance, the results that we find on our next try would be similar. We mustn't shut down or feel ashamed in these instances; instead, we must take the lessons learned from our endeavors and try again.

Mann, this is my drug. I'll think something is wrong if I don't have a challenge in front of me. The only draw back is I must have that passion because I see with school that I'm constantly putting it off because I want to do so much more. The mistakes are something special as well. It allows you to course correct and push back even harder to complete the challenge. Failure is the but what a person think is failure is only that if they allow the short falls to stop them from bouncing back and going harder.
